Small Engraving Machines Overview

Great Lakes Engraving Solutions is an authorized distributor for Vision Engraving Systems. Vision manufactures two engraving machines that are considered small engraving machines: the VE-810 and the Phoenix 1212. These machines are made in the U.S.A. and are backed by the best technical department in the industry. I know that anyone can say this, but it really is true. Vision is a family owned business for 33 years and they have become the number one manufacturer of engraving machines in the U.S. The growth of the company has been largely due to the quality of machine they make and the service after the sale.

– Engraves all types of substrates including but not limited to: Plastic/lamicoid material, Acrylic, Brass, Stainless Steel, Wood, Aluminum, etc.

– ADA and braille signage, our Vision expert and pro software has a built in ADA Pilot that when put in the ADA mode will automatically construct a compliant ADA sign

– Software that is specifically made for the machine, this allows for easy and logical use

– Deep Vice that allows for the engraving of up to 3,75 inches

– Different parts as well as many different jewelry items such as Pens, pendants, gift boxes, ID Bracelets, and many more like items

– 8”X10” engraving area

– Engrave trophy plates and plaques

– Ability to import graphics from Auto-cad, Corel Draw, Adobe and just about any other type of third party graphics program. There is over 60 import filters.

– The ability to fabricate Plastic/Lamicoid, for example push button tags, tags or all sizes and shapes of all types

– One year factory warranty

– Laser pointer, which allows you to do a dry run which shows where the engraving will be through a red laser pointer
